DAVID MCKINNEY

Managing Director
David McKinney, Managing Director, manages the Generation AV team, the strategy, and the execution. Having worked for leading pro audio and commercial brands throughout his career, Dave has lived in various countries in Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, China, and India. Although Dave has spent most of his career in sales, he started out as an audio engineer working in recording studios and rental companies. Dave understands Asia, and what it takes to be successful in the region.

Sales Director
With over 30 years’ experience working in sales and marketing roles with leading companies such as Electro Acoustics Systems, Christie Digital and Harman Professional, David has experience of being the installer, the brand, and supporting distributors across the region. He is a respected figure in the industry.

David is located in Singapore and manages sales for Martin Audio, Optimal Audio, Linea Research, and TiMax Spatial in China (including Hong Kong & Macau), Taiwan, Japan and Korea.

KEVIN KEE

Regional Sales Director
Kevin has spent over 20 years developing markets for distribution, install, and rental, across Asia. Previously Kevin was head of Lightware’s South East Asia office in Singapore, and has worked at both Prism Dynamics and Visual Contact.

Kevin is located in Singapore and manages sales for Martin Audio, Optimal Audio, Linea Research, and TiMax Spatial, for SE Asia and SARC countries.

BENSEN ONG

Regional Sales Director
Bensen started his career as an engineer and quickly progressed into various sales roles at leading system integrators in Singapore, and brands like Christie Digital and Shure. Bensen understands the needs of both the system integrator and consultant, and experience of how this differs in each country.

Bensen is managing Generation AV’s AV integration and residential business and is responsible for sales of LEA, RTI and NST Audio across Asia, through both distributors and partners alike.

JEREMIAH JOSEPH VIJAIYASHEGHAR

Technical Manager
Jeremiah has a rich background of educating professionals on audio technology and solutions, mixing and system engineering live events, and supporting leading manufacturers in the Asia Pacific region. Jeremiah looks after application and system engineering, our education programs, our Singapore Experience Centre, and our consultant/designer relations. Basically if you need technical support from the Generation AV team then Jeremiah is your guy.

PRASHANT GOVINDAN

Director
Generation AV, India
Prashant has over 20 years’ experience in senior positions across the AV industry, most recently as GM for Harman Pro India, and prior to that at Biamp Systems. Generation AV’s appointment of Prashant underscores the importance of the Indian market to our business, and we are proud to have him in the team to build our sales and support organization in India.

Prashant is based in Mumbai and is Head of Generation AV India.

CARMEN LEE WAN YING

Sales Administrator
With many years’ experience working in sales administration and inside sales support roles across various industries, Carmen is the perfect person to manage the order processing for Martin Audio and Optimal Audio brands across Asia Pacific. Carmen also supports the Generation AV team and ensures smooth operations at the Singapore Experience Centre.

Bhagyesh has several years’ experience building dealer networks and creating sales channels for some of the leading professional audio brands in India. His energy, drive, creativity and customer focus is exactly what we value at Generation AV.

Sales Operations & Logistics Co-ordinator

Natasha is Generation AV India’s sales operations and logistics coordinator, managing the delivery of all our customer’s and partner’s orders across India. Based in Mumbai, and with over 10 years’ experience, Natasha will be the person to contact should you have any purchasing enquiries for any of the brands Generation AV distributes in India.

VRUCHI SATRA

Management Trainee
Generation AV, India
Vruchi Satra joins Generation AV as Management Trainee. Vruchi is a law graduate with multifaceted experience in sales, customer relations, marketing and PR. Based in Mumbai, she is fluent in five languages and is a certified French language instructor.

SHUBHANSHU PATHAK

Channel Sales Manager
Generation AV, India
Shubhanshu Pathak is Channel Sales Manager, North & East India for Generation AV India and is based in Delhi. In his career so far, Shubhanshu has worked with several Pro Audio companies in sales roles covering pan India.
