Position Summary:
An extremely customer focused role as you will be dealing with all our customers from dealers to distributors, and end users. You will be the point of contact for stock availability, pricing, overdue orders, shipping information and general customer queries. As well as working well within a team and being flexible to help in other roles when required.

The Business Development Engineer is a technical position providing training, technical support, project design support to consultants, distributors, system integrators, and customers across the Asia Pacific region. Focusing on all the Generation AV brands, this candidate will be the regional brand expert and have strong experience in installed sound. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, and will require extensive travel across the Asia Pacific region.

Position summary
The Regional Sales position will manage existing and new distributor/customer relationships in China across all Generation AV brands. Managing sales, identifying new opportunities, driving revenue growth, and improving underperforming markets are all part of the job. In addition, the successful candidate will have solid technical skills and a strong understanding of the products. They will be able to train customers on the products and support them on project/system designs. Managing and developing consultant and designer relationships will also be key.
