THE INSTALL
During a 25-minute OHM fitness class, lighting is synchronized with the video feed to create a fully immersive workout experience. As a workout progresses, lighting changes colors, and instructors intensify the music as the workout becomes more challenging. During cool-down, instructors turn to softer, calming music to help relax members.
OHM FRANCHISE, LLC — headquartered in Arizona with studios nationwide — turned to Randy Stearman, Owner of Arizona-based integrator Holocron LLC, to create a lighting and audio package that could be replicated at every location. Stearman chose the award-winning Connect Series amplifiers from LEA Professional to drive each workout.

Stearman uses LEA Professional Connect Series 354 amplifiers to power four pairs of 8-inch surface-mount loudspeakers situated throughout the studio. The IoT-enabled 4-channel amplifier provides 350 watts per channel, supports Hi-Z (70V or 100V) and Lo-Z selectable by channel, and features Smart Power Bridge technology. With three ways to connect, OHM Fitness can engage the built-in Wi-Fi access point, connect to the facility’s Wi-Fi, or connect to the local area network via Cat5 or Cat6 cable. When combined with the loudspeakers, the amplifier delivers immersive audio to pair with the unique workout experience.
The Connect Series delivers an industry-first professional amplifier family to feature cloud connectivity, a revolutionary advancement and a significant benefit for anyone maintaining the systems. With LEA Cloud, AV teams can remotely control and monitor the amplifiers regardless of the location or time of day. Whether onsite at any OHM Fitness location or in a home office, controlling the Connect Series amplifiers from afar helps teams work more efficiently, reducing travel and saving time and money.
