Surrounded by lush landscapes and resort amenities, Casa de Campo offers an exceptional setting for a residence where entertainment, connectivity, and comfort work seamlessly from room to room and inside to out.
Leading local integrator Musitempo was selected to design and commission a system creating a fully integrated smart-villa ecosystem in the 19,000-square-foot home that incorporates networking, automation, distributed audio, home entertainment, and a dedicated movie theater.

Music is integral to the Punta Minitas villa, with audio distributed throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces. In-ceiling and architectural loudspeakers provide coverage throughout interior areas, including the living spaces, spa, gym, cigar lounge, and private rooms. Outside, landscape speakers blend into the gardens and pool areas, providing immersive sound without competing with the property’s architecture and landscaping.
Musitempo chose LEA Professional amplifiers to power the loudspeakers. The amplifiers provide the power, DSP capabilities, and monitoring needed to manage audio across the property’s many zones while giving Musitempo the flexibility to tune each area for its particular application.
Connect Series 168 and Connect Series 354 amplifiers power the villa’s loudspeakers across multiple zones, providing a combined 8 channels with the flexibility needed to support audio throughout the property’s many indoor and outdoor spaces. Both models support Hi-Z (70V or 100V) and Lo-Z operation, selectable by channel, eliminating the need for separate amplifiers to handle different speaker impedances while streamlining installation and reducing equipment costs. The Connect Series also features built-in 96kHz DSP to help optimize sound performance.
In addition, our signature LEA Cloud connectivity allows integrators like Musitempo to remotely monitor and control the system from anywhere at no additional cost.
